About Dove Precision
DISCOVER OUR STORY AND VISION

Committed to Excellence in Training
Dove Precision is owned and operated by Ben Dove. Ben’s military background laid the foundation for his expertise in marksmanship and introduced him to shooting sports. Over time, he developed a passion for competitive shooting, focusing on disciplines such as 3-gun and team sniper matches. While training others, Ben discovered a talent for teaching and a strong interest in understanding how people learn. This experience shaped his commitment to helping dedicated shooters build the skills and knowledge needed for continuous, independent improvement.
Ben’s instructional approach emphasizes mastering the fundamentals and applying these core skills to increasingly complex scenarios as students advance. Each course is designed to match the shooter’s current abilities, with content tailored to individual goals and needs. By focusing on hands-on training, purposeful repetitions, and learning from mistakes, Ben builds confidence and competence in his students, preparing them to succeed in their shooting pursuits.
