About the event
This course is designed to enhance proficiency with both pistol and carbine platforms in short-range engagements. Students will engage rifle targets at distances of 50 yards and closer, with some engagements extending to 200 yards. Pistol targets will focus on distances within 25 yards. Instruction covers key concepts such as weapon handling, shooting on the move, target transitions, positional shooting and aggressive movement.
This hands-on course is tailored for shooters with foundational marksmanship and safety skills, combining structured drills with scenario-based training to build confidence, precision, and efficiency in close-quarters applications.
